Kelly is an outstanding realtor, especially for our needs. My mother passed away earlier this year, and it was overwhelming trying to sell her house in Palm Beach Gardens. We live in North Carolina, so it wasn’t easy traveling to Florida. I also was facing challenges in dealing with the property. I was unfamiliar with the HOA, and many requirements came up (trimming a tree, power washing the driveway, inspecting the HVAC) and she helped take care of all of it. If you are an out-of-state buyer or seller in the Palm Beach Gardens area, Kelly Hudak is the realtor you need. She will help with all the unseen and often annoying aspects of buying/selling property that could easily be a deal breaker unless you have someone like her looking out for you.

Let me just say that if you are looking for a real estate agent that goes that extra mile for you, look no further. Lourdes was exceptional in helping me find the right house at the right price, and getting the deal done without hassles. I wound up purchasing the house after returning to NY and Lourdes made the process easy and fast. 5 stars.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling my childhood home than working with Austin and Ashley. There was so much emotion wrapped up in selling this house and both Ashley and Austin held my hand and walked me through the whole process with such kindness and compassion that I was truly in need of. They were both extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on market trends. They went above and beyond by staying in constant communication with me through the whole process and always took the time to answer my calls/texts and respond back to my questions. They always presented me with more than one option when trying to decide what the next step I should take was, but was never forceful and always let me make the final decision; even if I might have went against their initial suggestion. They both really listened to my concerns and were also there to lean on when I needed them most; especially while I was dealing with emotions related to this whole process. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend these two wonderful human beings when considering buying/selling a house.
