Erin is an excellent realtor. She is knowledgeable, understands my needs, my time and my expectations. She is always available and helps you to find the right house. Personally, I like to search for properties on my own in Zillow, and when I found a house I liked, Erin immediately scheduled the closet appointment. There were sometimes that I felt bad for all the time I made her to spend with my search for houses. Then, talking about offers and closing, she is amazing. She helped me to explore the best choices, pros and cons of the offer and/or the best way for my best interest. Regarding to closing, she moves quickly, find the providers for the closing extremely fast, I did not have to worry about anything, she just found the best resources for me. It should be noted that she never acts on her own, always behave professionally and discusses all the legal implications before signing.
