Stacey made a number of suggestions that we would not do because we had the benefit of time, we were not in a rush. I think some of the suggestions being made by realtors right now are moronic and I know Stacey had to give us proposals from others but I truly feel realtors forget the sellers and buyers when they start getting too creative. The people got a great bargain that got our home. The other realtors got paid by us because Stacey spoke up for them. Stacey earned her money but I don’t feel the others involved should have received the same amount. They didn’t earn it.
