We could not have found a better realtor and team than Kim Coburn. Iwas helping my mom sell her family home of 30 lid years and move into a new chapter in down-sizing. While this is always stressful and emotional , it was made more complicated as I was trying to help while living/working in NY. (My mom was selling in Oviedo, FL) On a whirlwind trip to FL, I interviewed 3 different agents. Kim and her team immediately stood out. I was impressed with Kim from our first interview.
