I have always had this negative attitude towards the whole home buying process and all those involved in it. Past experiences have done little to change that opinion. I absolutely hate the whole house-buying parade of documents, vendors, agents, and lenders, all in line to take their piece when it should really be a transaction between two parties. Chris, however, not only demonstrated a thorough knowledge of his craft, but presented his knowledge with honesty and humility. He was very confident, yet without arrogance. He quickly gained my trust and restored my faith in the industry. Yes, all the extra characters were still present, but this time I had expert guidance. Chris navigated the whole process from start to finish, with catch nets in place in anticipation for various pitfalls, and we definitely had a few in a purchase process full of twists and turns. My job was made tremendously simple because Chris was always available and approachable; every detail was addressed, every concern answered, and every twist or turn was accommodated. I had the simple job of signing forms and providing information. Working with Chris made a very difficult process simple. It was like lazing about in a boat over treacherous waters without worry because the trustworthy captain knew the waters like the back of his hand. Hands down the best agent in town, in my opinion.

Honestly, Mr Thomas Greenaway is what a realtor should be, he knows the market well, but that should be all realtors business experience. I've only worked with him for a short time (1 month), but I gave him a challenge, at least I thought it was, he then gave me all the necessary information back to me from area compared to other nearby areas, making sure I understood the pros and cons of the market in that area and was honest to me of what he thought, not made up and which that I can appreciate.
