GREAT EXPERIENCE! Very attentive to our wants and needs. Always stayed in communication with us and was very informative about different listings we were interested in. Picked us up and drove us to selected listing's, all the while conversing about each home we toured getting our opinion about likes and dislikes- helping us narrow down our search! Once we decided on a home, Kim took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner so we didn't have to worry about another person getting "our home". Closing could have been a nightmare but we breezed through it thanks to Kim's knowledge, her contacts and relentless work ethic!! THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR SUPERSTAR!!

I worked with Donna to sell the home of my mother. While I spent time in Ocala readying the home for sale, I do not reside in Ocala so I was an absentee client after the home “went live”. Donna met with tradespeople when necessary to ensure that any work that was not completed while I was in Ocala was done in a proper manner. Once the home went on the market, Donna kept me up to date on how sales were going in the area, comments received regarding the home, if there were items that might enhance the home, etc. She also, after my mom passed, assisted with getting me the information I would need to make sure the closing went smoothly. Donna’s name was given to me by a neighbor of my mother’s. I had already interviewed two agents. When I met Donna, I knew right away that I would be signing a contract with her. She is very familiar with the area my mother lived in and steered me to marketing the house the best way. I am grateful to Donna for working hard to bring us a solid contract within 10 weeks of listing. Thank you!
