In April my husband and I drove down to Florida to look for a home in the Ocala area. Jeannie contacted me through my online search for an agent. She knew we were on a tight timeline so she set us up to view 5 houses the following day in the 55+ communities we were interested in. As we were from Canada she guided us through the process of purchasing a house in Florida. She always took the time to explain things and we felt very comfortable in asking her questions. Jeannie has been excellent at communicating and staying in touch with us on our return back to Canada. She provided a list of services we might have been interested in. She recommended thren inspectors for the house in different price ranges. The one we hired was also excellent, thorough and professional. She has followed up on several issues and returned to the house on multiple occasions (checked that sprinklers were working, accompanied the house inspector, checking for mailbox keys, etc.) Jeannie went above and beyond to solve any problems that arose. She would communicate with us on how she dealt with the situation and steps we needed to take. I would definitely recommend Jeannie if you are looking for an agent who will listen to you and go the extra mile to fine you the right home.
