A few weeks in with just two weeks from closing, things started to unravel. Issues popped up out of nowhere, and I was on the brink of losing the house. I couldn’t sleep. The stress was overwhelming. I don’t know if he’s a magician or just awesome at what he does, but against all odds, we closed just a few days after the original closing date. What felt impossible became reality because of Rick. I’ll never forget that.
