She had sold 3 other units in building within 2 months so when I was ready to sell I knew she was the realtor to contact. When I called her up and told her I was ready to sell my unit she already had interested buyers and we showed the unit to 3 people before even having a chance to take listing photos. One of them made a generous offer and we booked it. Yuray is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor. She was transparent throughout the process and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. On top of that she is an amazing person who actually cares and I feel that she always had my best interest in mind.
