I've known Abemar for the past 3 years. And she has exceded my expectations. I am a General Contractor | Investor, so we buy, rehab and sell/rent in South Florida. Doing the rehab is the easy part. Finding the right property/deal is where the challenge is. That is where Abemar plays an important role. She only brings us the best deals. There are thousands of realtors, but with the knowledge and that special smell for a great deal, only a few. I am very demanding on every aspect.
