No solo, en fijarse que todo el departamento este en buenas condiciones para su venta, sino también en buscar a personas y presupuestos para optimizar todo. Vivo en el exterior y se ocupo de facilitar el closing en USA ya que no solo no podía ir para allá sino también , en la embajada no había turnos para que un notario legalice las firmas.
