Carolina helped me through the home buying process in Miami. She knew the local market and answered my questions, which I appreciated. That said, I found myself following up more often than I expected. Communication could've been more consistent. The process get done, but it didn't feel as smooth as it should have. Overall, an okay experience--not bad, but not great either.

Fernando was very helpful and resourceful. He was always there along the way until the end assisting with everything even things that were unrelated to the sale.
