During this crazy home-buying frenzy fuled by the pandemic, she helped us secure our dream apartment in our dream location! She truly cares about her clients best interest, and as first-time homebuyers she held our proverbial hand through the entire process. She was always there to answer any questions and explaining every detail, and she never made us feel bad for asking a million questions. Instead, she actually encouraged us to keep on asking, as she wanted us to feel confident and informed. She worked so hard to get these keys in our hands, which was anything but an easy feat. In the most challenging times, she handled everything so professionally and never dropped the ball on anything! Even after our purchase she helped us find contractors and other professionals we needed, and she has checked in with us several times to see how the renovation is coming along and ensuring everything is going well for us and that we are happy.
