I was out of town for much of the time my condo was listed and Paul was there for every showing and even got there early to make sure everything was at its best. Maybe this sounds like the minimum, but in South Beach it's common for real estate agents to just set up a lockbox and forget it. In any event, Paul will care for the unit like it's his own. Add to that his extensive network of contacts in the area and Paul gets things done so you don't have to.
