We had two offers before the final one and each time that an offer came (or fell through), he brought his financing and negotiating expertise to the table, and he was not shy to challenge the buyer's agents to achieve the outcome we had both agreed we wanted. He asked probing questions about how I was managing the property during the period it was empty and listed for sale that allowed me to save money and he has a multitude of resources as it relates to insurance, home improvements, etc., which helped get the property tweaked perfectly for sale. He worked well with my closing agent and was always available to discuss any questions or concerns, or discuss sales strategies, including owner financing, which was a first for me. He was professional, empathic, and thorough and I have no hesitation in recommending Carlos to any seller or engaging him as my agent again, if the opportunities presents itself.
