Shellie was amazing. She went above and beyond for us. She was very flexible with us and always available especially when we came in town last minute. She met us for each build appointment, brought supplies and knew all the questions to ask that we didn't. Her referrals are spectacular and the lender she recommended was the best one we have ever worked with. I highly recommend her. I can't say enough good stuff about her. We plan to use her again.

Ricardo helped us sell our house in Merritt Island. He provided us with statistical data so that we knew how to price it. He held several open houses including an agent open house which was well attended. He advertised both locally and out of state. He put together a video to highlight the history of our neighborhood and a brochure and video that described all of the features of our home.

We can't thank Kellie Bowling enough for helping us build our home in Central Florida. Coming from the Colorado, we were nervous about Florida's construction standards and the builder process. She was patient, explained everything clearly (including warranties, HOA rules, and flood insurance), and advocated fiercely during price negotiations. Thanks to her, we ended up with a better home than we imagined, on time and within budget. If you're thinking about new construction anywhere in Florida, she's the one to call!
