Our home selling process began as the market began to shift abruptly away from a sellers market. TJ's expertise helped us stay ahead of the shift and sell our home within the time frame we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure our home was marketed competitively through multiple open houses, monthly market reports, and engaging buyers agents for feedback. While most other agents were still lazily riding the sellers market down, TJ was out doing the work to make sure our house sold within our time frame.

Selling my house was so easy with TJ as my agent. His market knowledge was spot on! I had several offers on my home almost immediately; well above asking price. He broke down every offer and helped me choose the one that was best for me. I was TDY and working 12-16 hour days during my closing period, but he still was able to coordinate everything, ensuring we closed on time while working around my crazy schedule. He masterfully handled everything. If you don’t choose TJ as your agent, your doing yourself a disservice!

TJ came to my rescue when I decided to sell my rental home Mary Esther. I'd never sold a home before and was dreading the prospect, but as soon as TJ got on board everything was super smooth and very quick. We did an 'AS IS' listing, rec'd multiple offers almost immediately and closed within 2 weeks. TJ was great about communicating the offers and explaining everything, and if I had another home in the area that I needed to sell I would definitely give him a call.
