Looking at the title I have assigned to this review , it is so understated. It is like an incomplete sentence, not because it doesn't have a noun and a verb, but because Patrick James is so much more than an "agent". He is a gentleman. He is extremely efficient, but he is also incredibly sensitive to one's needs. My husband and I were selling our 3rd floor walk-up condo in Maitland, and thank goodness, we were steered toward Patrick by a close friend. He immediately became focused on our needs, our willingness to make changes to make the condo more appealing, and our calendar. It was efficient, yet personal through the whole process. He gave us options on almost everything, he communicated clearly our choices and the likely outcomes for each choice. Well, he was correct, and to our benefit: the time from the day the condo went on the market to the day of closing was 5 weeks - and on a VA Loan! We remain in touch with him because he has become a valued friend. Both my husband and I have been through selling and buying property before, and this is unusual - in a wonderful way.
