We wholeheartedly recommend Cindy Gavin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Cindy and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with in the sale of our home. Having lived in our house for 25 years, we weren’t sure what to expect but Cindy guided us through the process from start to finish, and she and her team were on top of everything. No detail was overlooked, from staging to listing to closing! Not only did we have back-to-back showings the minute our home hit the market, we had multiple offers within a few hours! Through it all, Cindy was responsive, involved and present for every aspect from listing to inspection to closing. If we ever need a realtor in Florida again, she will be the one we use!

Kelly was very professional and knowledgable about what she was doing! She did an excellent job.
