Tom Pugh and his team made selling our home such an easy experience. Start to finish they guided us through each step. Sara was a godsend. We were dealing with a crazy, psycho, procrastinating, devious seller who pushed everything until the last minute and then pitched a fit. Sara was TENACIOUS on our behalf - so much so that I called her my "Bulldog"! There is enough chaos, stress and tumult associated with purchasing a home, packing, moving, setting up utilities, etc - we were able to leave the deal nuances in her court (not an easy thing for me to do!) and they got completed.
