I had an excellent experience with Bryan Kelly. He is a consummate professional. Very helpful throughout the process. Set up meetings with various services and scheduled tradesmen to come fix things without me even being there. I would highly recommend him and his wife to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

outstanding service!!

I had known Bryan and Amanda from Long Island so when it was time to sell my property, I reached out to Bryan and he was just great! He went above and beyond in everything that he did including putting me in touch with different tradesmen and services that did outstanding work. It was a hard thing to sell my parents estate and he made it a lot easier. His professionalism is right at the top! I had used another agent prior to Bryan and things didn't really go so well. So glad I got Bryan to step in and step up! I would highly recommend him and his wife to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Thank God for Michele

My brother died unexpectedly January 2026. I was his trustee and was taken by surprise. My wife and I came down to Florida from Upstate NY to take care of finding all his accounts and getting everything in order. What a relief when I was given Michele’s name for an agent. The second time I came down to finish up I met Michele and here co worker Rachel. They were awesome. Very sympathetic to my concerns and very helpful! I finished cleaning out the house and had to fly home. They assured me all would be fine and they would take care of making the house look new for ghe showings. Well, I was sent videos and pictures of the house before showings and it was emaculate!! The market was in a downturn in the area but they got the highest price I have seen there!! GREAT JOB and I would recommend Michele to anyone who wants to sell fast and get a great price. The other thing was she knew the area even living 2 hours away. Thank you again for helping us through this and anyone buying or selling should call her NOW!!!
