Working with Heather has been such a great experience. As clients, we were so glad she could be herself around us and that we could be ourselves around her. She has a wonderful personality, and we love her energy and positive attitude. She is prompt, knowledgeable, reliable, and very communicative. At one point, we were asking if there was anything else we needed to do or if there were any more documents we needed to sign, but everything had already been done, and we were playing the waiting game for about a month. During this downtime, she shared with us some local utilities, contractors, and businesses to reach out to for future house projects.
