My wife and I have known Linda for many years. Working with her is an absolute dream. Her professionalism, expert knowledge of the Jacksonville area, kindness, and sense of humor make what would usually be stressful very, very easy. Rather than list generalizations of how wonderful it is to work with her, I’d rather share a story. We had two offers on our house around the same time. One of them was slightly better than the other. I was of the opinion that we take the better offer and tell the lower offer to take a hike. We accepted the high offer and a few weeks later it fell through. We were very disappointed! Fortunately, Linda had been maintaining communication with the couple who made the lower offer and managed to get that accepted and we sold the house to them two weeks later. I know that sounds like a pretty typical day in the life of a real estate agent, but Linda’s ability to be gracious to both offers and actually keep us in a position where we could accept either was totally different to what I thought would happen (telling low offer to take a hike and never hear from them again), and because of her wisdom we sold the house in no time.
