Having relocated many times for work, I am looking for a real estate professional that can help me navigate the local market and will continue to work on my behalf even when I'm not physically in the city I am moving to. Jill Black was awesome to work with! She continually looked for properties and provided us updates when she found something interesting. She personally went to prospective properties so we could do a virtual walk through. She finally found the perfect property for us! Waterfront with a slip and lift located a couple of miles from downtown AND the beaches! She helped us by working personally with local contractors to resolve the few issues that the inspection identified, and explained everything about the closing process in FL. Jill is awesome and comes highly recommended!

Jill was responsive to my husband and I as soon as we asked for assistance finding our home in Florida. We are moving from out of state and wasn't very familiar with the area we were looking at. Jill was very knowledgeable about the area and only showed us homes/condo's that were what we were looking for. She went above and beyond when we did choose a home and made sure home inspection and repairs were taking care of quickly. We always felt like she had our back and like we were working with a family member.
