Let me start off by saying this was a great experience. My wife Amanda and I knew that trying to find a home in this crazy market was going to be a challenge. Jessica was very professional as well as personal…our stresses were high as (all) our criteria needed to be met. Jessica is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME and I mean anytime there was a house we wanted to see Jessica moved fast as houses were flying off the market. When we found the one and believe me she knew it. Jessica did what she does best.....she did "Whatever it takes" to close the deal. Now, I come from a sales background and believe me I will be the first to tell you that I'm pretty good at closing the deal. I do have to admit though watching Jessica from the start to the close, she is by far one of the best I've had a chance to work with. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Jessica is amazing and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.
