Kristina Hinson has been an incredible support to my family throughout the process of selling our house and buying our dream home. Her attention to detail and heartfelt customer service exceeded the gold standard. Kristina ensured transparency in every transaction, provided valuable professional opinions, and fought for our interests. We are immensely grateful for her excellence during this chaotic time of buying and selling. If you choose Kristina, proceed with confidence – she’s the best in all of Florida!

Kristina helped us sell our house and buy exactly what we wanted. She fought for us during negotiations and was always willing to listen to our wants and needs. We will never go with another realtor again, she has our business for life! If you want someone who knows the market and will fight for you at the negotiation table tooth and nail, you won’t regret choosing Kristina as your realtor!

It's a pleasure to write a glowing review of our realtor Kristina. My fiance and I recently purchased a home with her guidance. From the first outreach to the closing Kristina demonstrated warm professionalism and deep knowledge of the local real estate market. She answered emails and texts with lightening speed. She was proactive in going over paperwork with us from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a better guide through the stressful and bureaucratic process of buying the house. Kristina helped us traverse any roadblocks and her tenacity, transparency and good will allowed us to focus on the excitement of the home buying process not the burdens. The best part is that she was so attentive that we literally felt like we were her only clients. We started with another realtor who was sluggish and unresponsive. Realtors like Kristina do not come along every day and I recommend her highly.
