So much gratitude for the services of Betsy Waltrip! She expertly and professionally handled the estate sale as well as real-estate sale, after my mother's sudden, unexpected death. I live hours away and was not prepared to manage either the estate sale or the sale of the property; especially at a distance. I met with Betsy at the home of my mother, where she explained the estate sale and real-estate sale process to me in detail. From there, we agreed upon a date for the sale and Betsy got right to work. I was so impressed with her knowledge-base and organization; she has a winning system for marketing, setting up and running estate sales. She made it look effortless! Betsy was polite, professional, prompt and went above and beyond to ensure the estate sale was successful. From the first meeting, I was impressed with her with-it-ness and passion for providing excellent service. She took care of everything so that I could focus on the grieving process without the added stress of managing the details of the estate. There were several showings within days of the estate sale, and only days after the showing, we were reviewing a serious offer! The closing was 3 weeks later, which was incredible. Throughout the entire process, start to finish, Betsy communicated with me every step of the way in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend her services.
