I would recommend Lisa to anyone. She has professionally handled two real estate transactions for my wife and I. Lisa is efficient, professional, responsive and an absolute joy to have as a representative in a property transaction.

We came out to JAX late summer to see if we liked it so we could move out here. Tina was so great right from the start! She showed us so many houses and was patient with us. We had high expectations for a house and she really listened to both my husband and my wants/needs. We ended up under contract before we left back home! We were excited but apprehensive as we lived on the West Coast. She kept us informed every step of the way with inspections, the appraisal process etc. Closing went smooth and we moved into our new home at the beginning of December. We feel fortunate to have worked with Tina and we will definitely be using her in any future real estate needs.
