I hired this phenomenal realtor (Nydia via The Florida Connection Reality Group) to locate a nice new home location via the North Side of Jacksonville, FL. I utilized Nydia on past occasions whether buying or selling previous homes since 2015 to 2025; so this latest home adventure working with her was no different ..... the methodical process took nearly 24 months before purchasing a new residence in April 2025 via The Tidewater Community. The methodical approach was in-depth as the buyer with strict requirements! During the detailed arduous methodical approach .... Nydia was patient; pro-active; trustworthy; very communicative; readily available; identifying communities; reviewing home requirements; gauging market trends; never being pushy and providing sound guidance! In summation, Nydia met the strict home requirements for me as a buyer!!! Her motivation and keen knowledge always ensure her buyer(s) received top-notch first class customer service!! I highly recommend this astute realtor to anyone seeking to purchase property or sell their property for she is a winner!! JB

Sonia is an amazing realtor. She helped us buy our first home. She was very kind, informative, and hard working. Always ready to help and answer any questions we had about the process, as well as giving us helpful advice along the way. She helped make the process go smoothly and less stressful than we imagined it would be, and her negotiation skills are hard to beat. We're so happy we were able to work with her, and we plan to recommend her to anyone we come across who is in need of a realtor.

Working with Jeanne and Reba was an absolute pleasure. From our very first conversation, their responsiveness stood out—whether it was a quick question or a detailed update, they were always just a call or text away, and consistently prompt and professional. Selling a property while living in another state could have been a logistical nightmare, but they made it seamless. Jeanne and Reba offered expert advice on pricing that was both strategic and realistic, helping us position the home competitively in the market. Their deep understanding of local trends and buyer behavior gave us confidence every step of the way. What truly sets them apart was their hands-on support throughout the process. Together they coordinated everything from staging to inspections, and even helped manage minor repairs, all while keeping us in the loop. The attention to detail and proactive communication made us feel like we were right there, even from miles away. If you're looking for a real estate agent who combines market savvy with genuine care and top-tier professionalism, Jeanne and Reba are the team to hire. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend both of them to anyone buying or selling a home!

Travis went so far above and beyond. Always available to get questions answered! He asked the questions I didn’t know to ask! Represented me and my family in finding exactly what we need! And found what we didn’t even know we wanted!! Walked us through all steps, all options, short term goals and long term probabilities. Just a next level of professional comfort. It’s so hard to find a great level of customer service, and this guy is the pinnacle! He is what the standard should be and I just can’t recommend him enough. Family, friends, neighbors… THIS is the guy you want!!
