I want to give many thanks to Steve Steiner with Grand Star Realty of Brevard, LLC for informing me about the $15,000.00 down payment assistance program for first time homebuyers. I originally did not believe that there was actually a program like this. But it is real! I also want to thank Leann Salters Schneider for posting information about the program on facebook, without her recommendation I would have never believed this program existed. Beth was fantastic to work with!! She answered all of our questions promptly and walked us through the process of buying a home. We were 1,000 miles away in trying to find a home, so that made things a bit more challenging. Beth is very knowledgeable about this area and was very, very helpful in answering all of our questions and finding the information we needed. Even though we were looking at average priced homes, she treated us like we were her million dollar customers. She is very professional and a very, very nice lady. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Satellite Beach area.
