We wanted a real estate agent that knew their profession. We wanted an agent who knew the area, the market, was professional in all aspects of selling and considerate of our house and of us. We also expected clear and accurate communication from the agent. Tony and Carol Marino went so far above the bar of expectations, we couldn't of asked for more! They worked as a team, along with their staff. They answered all our concerns and beyond. Tony went over every inch of the contract, explained each figure, if we had a question and texted them, response times were minutes, not hours, not days, almost immediate. If we called, call backs were quickly handled by Tony, Carol and Steven in a short time. Staging the house was easy as I had done it before, but Carol and Tony even improved upon my experience. We were happy with the follow through from beginning to end. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house in the Orange Co. area. Thank you Carol and Tony for providing such a positive, energetic experience to a very stressful time. Buying and selling is not easy but Tony and Carol will take great care of you, just listen to their advice. And be ready to move! If we ever decide to move, we will without a doubt call them.
