We especially liked Leslie since she lives in the community, had a good set of tools to help keep us informed of the process, and offered a home warranty package as part of the listing. She also helped us prepare the house for selling. Throughout the process, she kept us informed of how things were going and she held a couple of open houses. When the first offer came in a week after we placed the house on the market, Leslie helped us through the negotiations. I felt like we did get a good offer and selling price given the history in the general area. She also kept up with the process right through the final closing.
