After an unsuccessful path with another realtor, Ray came in... -took excellent pictures -gave us valuable feedback on the our pricing structure along with a true asessment of market conditions -went over and beyond the call of duty to check up on the house for us on a regular basis ....but most of all, got it under contract with multiple offers in 3 weeks!
