This was my first home purchase without physically seeing the house first. However, Freddy made the experience seamless through FaceTiming and endless phone calls and texts to ensure we had the right information for the purchase. After making an offer on another home that was not accepted, this one was accepted and felt everything was on-track to close timely. However, we had a nightmare of a seller who would not release the home unless we paid her more money. Freddy talked us through the situation and options and in the end, we were able to close after compromises from all parties. However, closing was a nightmare too and we closed 2 days later than we expected. Freddy got creative to ensure our son had a place to stay until the actual closing took place.
