Buying a home is one of the most crucial decisions in anyone’s life, but it can also be nerve wracking. Ken made my experience of home buying fun and easy. He was patient, very informative, punctual, and answered to my query. He was very particular about documenting everything. He has good connections if you want the home inspected prior to buying. Cathy (with the occasional help from Alex) was excellent in helping us prepare the house for sale. She arranged for the clearing of everything we couldn't personally remove from the house, including a large amount of bookcases (donated to local Ft. Myers schools at my request), boxes of books (also donated to teachers and local organizations), and a garage full of a variety of items we asked her to donate or discard. She also arranged for the cleaning of the rug and the donation or removal of beds and other furniture we left inside the home.
