About two years ago, I bought a house in the Fort Lauderdale area and recently after had to relocate due to work. I then decided to rent my house through Airbnb and decided it was time to sell it. I met Nelson Torres through a mutual friend and was highly recommended. I spent weeks researching realtors in the area and was genuinely happy to listen to my friend. Before we started working together, I met with Nelson, and we went over the house details. I was extremely impressed when he showed up ready and with a comparable analysis and valuable information about the house. I decided to proceed, and Nelson and his team delivered above and beyond. Nelson truly cares about his customers and guided me to make the decisions that always made the most sense for me and what I needed. The process was incredibly easy and accessible. Nelson and his team made sure I was aware of each step, communicated via text, calls or email if any additional information was needed. I am happy to say that we got an offer within days of posting the house and closed within 30 days. I am looking forward to my next venture and will definitely be using Nelson’s services to purchase my next house. I also recommended Nelson to a close friend of mine that was looking to purchase a house, and they are about to close their house within 2 weeks. I couldn't be happier with my choice and would recommend Nelson and his team to anyone.

Craig Eicher was patient and kind during the process and was very determined to make sure I was informed regarding all of my options as a seller. I would not hesitate to use the Toomey Group again for my real estate transactions. Thank you for your knowledge and professionalism.

Mayra put in the work and was a fantastic realtor. I would recommend her to anyone.
