After my mother moved to an assisted living facility, I knew the time had come to sell (or rent) her home of over 30 years. I also knew this would be an incredibly difficult task. A friend gave me Kelly's number, not only for her knowledge of the area and years of solid experience, but also because she knew Kelly to be an honest, reliable, capable, and overall great neighbor. I can not say enough about my experience with Kelly. From our first meeting, Kelly recommended numerous options and strategies taking care of this huge house issue. She immediately recognized my rocky emotional state of mind, and responded to this with compassion. She helped by encouraging me through the process of preparing the house for the market, making reasonable suggestions and keeping an eye on things. Once the "for sale" sign was up, she worked doggedly on showing the house and keeping me posted on the neighboring comps and the reactions of the potential buyers. When I needed her for her sound advise, step-by-step instructions, or her calming spirit, she was there. She even stayed in touch with me when she was out of town! I have never, I repeat, NEVER, seen a woman or man for that fact, work as tirelessly and diligently and professionally on any type of transaction, real estate or otherwise. The house was sold within a month. If you need a realtor, Kelly is the one for you. Don't think I am suggesting that she is soft. On the contrary, she is head strong, capable, fair, sure footed, on point, efficient and more. Thanks millions to Kelly Rovito. To me she is a life saver! When it is my time to sell my own property, I know who I can call on to help...and you should too!
