Susan is a very special realtor. I was moving from Minnesota to Fort Lauderdale and Susan was super knowledgable about the Fort Lauderdale market. She is an excellent listener and helped me identify several potential properties and then was very helpful to me identifying the pros and cons of each property relative to my search criteria. Susan is tenacious and attentive to details. Susan went above and beyond what I expected when it came time to handle the details of the closing when I was unable to attend final walk-through of the property and the closing. I highly recommend her.
