I would recommend Kathy to anyone looking to move. My wife and I moved from Alabama a few years ago and found a rental house in Palm Coast. It took a while for us to find the place we purchased, but Kathy never pushed. She sent each listing that met our criteria to me in an email, and happily showed the ones we liked. She was also very helpful with any special requests. She arrived at every listing prepared with information above and beyond the MLS info. Kathy often provided copies of HOA docs and even arranged insurance quotes for potential homes. If I had a question, she would promptly respond to my email and follow up with a phone call. When it was time to negotiate, Kathy didn't back down. She helped us get a great deal on a great home. I often see Kathy driving around the area. She's busy because she is very thorough.
