We used Katie Felker who is part of the Nix team for our buying process. She guided use through this entire process/experience with patience, kindness, honesty and clarity. She gave us her honest opinion and never lied to us just to get a sale. When it came time to get and inspection completed, she knew the right people to contact to get it completed quickly. We were out of town buyers, so she guided us with the extra steps that were needed as we completed this sale from another state.
