We needed to help my parents list their home and help them move from Florida to Pennsylvania. My siblings and I were all 1000’s of miles away and my parents were overwhelmed. I interviewed a couple of realtors, referred to me, by phone and I knew Tasha was the one! Within an hour of our conversation, she drove by their house and did a quick assessment of what she thought, I could tell she was efficient so that was a big plus! But when she went to meet them I really felt at ease. She was caring, compassionate and understood the urgency and the help we would need to be able to get this done without overwhelming them more than they already were. She was so cautious about Covid and literally treated then like they were her own parents. Tasha was responsive, communicated with us regularly and was very protective of them as there were a couple of instances of industry services where they could have been taken advantage of. We all tried to go there during the process to help, but were not able to be there regularly. It didn’t matter, she made everything go seamlessly. If she couldn’t be there for something, She would have her assistant or even her husband who is a realtor, step in to help so they were not alone for showings, inspections or walk throughs! Not only did she handle Everything professionally and compassionately, but she sold their house for the highest price recorded in their neighborhood. I can’t say enough about her and how grateful My family is to her.
