We gave Toby our criteria for houses, and she quickly provided us with several options. Toby answered all our texts and phone calls in a very timely fashion. She also was very honest with us regarding the high demand, and the need to make an offer as quickly as possible, or the house may sell if we wait. Toby is a very friendly, knowledgeable person that knows the area very well. She went above and beyond to get us the house we wanted and absolutely love.
