I was a first time home buyer looking for homes in a new city that I was unfamiliar with. Kerrie made the experience so easy and enjoyable! After looking at a few places, she understood what I was looking for and then individually searched out places that she thought I might like. Being a single female, she made sure that the neighborhoods we looked at were safe and well maintained. I always felt that she gave me an honest opinion, and never felt like she was just trying to 'sell' me something. She was there for me through the entire process, and managed to negotiate some costly repairs to the house into the deal as well. She was also readily available by email or phone if I wanted to look at properties last minute (which was great since properties go so quickly around here!) or had questions. I had a lot of 'wants' on my list for a new house and Kerrie was always very patient and accommodating with me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kerrie to anyone, and if I ever need to sell/buy a home again, I will be calling her first!
