She did exactly that and every contingency was met to my satisfaction before the final inspection and appraisal. I completely trusted her and had all the confidence in her expertise and work ethic. I keep walking out to the street to look at this beautiful home. It's still hard for me to grasp. I've never lived in a place this nice. I thought it was out of my reach. Quanah believed and she helped me to believe, then she, my lender and I set about handling the business of it all. I learned a lot about real estate and home ownership. I learned a lot about faith. Buying a house is very involved, stressful, and complicated. It is not for the faint of heart, but with the right people, it can be a very rewarding process.
