We sold our house after only 3 days on the market. Diane helped us navigate the financing details with the lender and the title companies in order to do a simultaneous close on both homes. Everything closed with no issues! Diane is smart, responsive, and she kept us engaged throughout the process via phone calls, texts, and emails. Listen, Buffy do not play about her customers. Very knowledgeable and gives the best "advise" for the market when buying. She will not let you settle for no junk or bad deals. Ask your silly question and she will have an answer for you. I would recommend her to anyone a million times. Buffy made my experience great. No stress at all and everything was done in a timely manner.
