Raquel exceeded our expectations, and made the whole process seemless especially under a tight schedule. She is not only very sweet, easy to talk to and personable, but also a real go getter. She was always on time, had everything neatly organized, and had each next step lined up in advance. She even knew how to pish the seller's or HOA's staff into momentum when they needed help. Excelent negotiation skills, great asset of banking people, and really knows her stuff. Thank you Raquel for making our search, move, and closing so convenient especially under our challenging family circumstances. You're the best 👌🏼! Aviv and Rina.
