After our mother passed away, our lawyer recommended Joe Lopez as a good realtor to assist in selling her house "as is". It was a real journey, the house still had all of our parents belongings in it and had not had any repairs for years. You would think it would be easy to have people come and just take their stuff, but it was not, everyone wanted money to pick it up. Joe assisted us while we got rid of a house full of unwanted furniture, clothing and all of the miscellaneous items. The house was quickly sold with some negotians with the buyers and Joe's guidance. Joe was wonderful to work with. He was quick to reply to all questions and kept us informed quickly of any and all changes. We are so grateful for his superb assistance and would recommend him highly to anyone who needed property or needed to sell property. Thank you Joe. You were such a great help.

Shelene handed the sale of our property perfectly, she was a pleasure to work with and extremely on top of everything that needed to be done to complete the sale. She was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone that needs a professional realtor to sell their property. Thanks Shelene
