So let me start by saying that my partner and I had been talking about purchasing our first home for many months but then came into a situation where we were forced to move due to sale of the residence we were renting. We then started scheduling viewings of properties that we were interested in and Yuan was on the ball with communication. Once viewing day came, we viewed multiple properties and my partner and I ended up falling in love with the first place we saw. She submitted the offer the day after we viewed and advised us on how much to spend for escrow and the down payment to make sure we were well within our budget. Within two days we learned that our offer was accepted. With Yuan and her guidance we were able to close in 21 days and move in immediately. Without Yuan, we would probably still be in a housing crisis situation. She is an amazing realtor that goes above and beyond to get the job done!
