I had some doubt when he said my house would sell in two days. We had three offers well above the $182,000 list price. Although I am a Realtor in Tenn. it was good that I chose a Florida Realtor near my house to help sell it. For sale buy owner would not have worked and selling price no doubt would have been lower. Lesson learned: stick with a proven Realtor such as Mr. Langmann.
