We cannot say enough good things about Dela Armstrong! After our property at 1209 Carvell Dr, Winter Park, FL, sat on the market for 155 DAYS without any offers, we decided to switch agents, and it was the best decision we made. Dela came in with a fresh perspective and a clear plan. Within 30 days of relisting with her, we were under contract, and we just successfully closed! Dela is not only professional, diligent, and knowledgeable, but she was also an absolute delight to work with. Her extensive network was invaluable—she connected us with top-notch professionals to handle some needed repairs and staging, which was a lifesaver given our time constraints. As an investor group, we rely on efficiency and results, and Dela delivered on both fronts. She will be handling all our future listings, no question about it. If you want your house sold quickly and smoothly, Dela Armstrong is the agent to call!
