We met Randal a few years back when we were considering a lake home in a county over. He was patient, responsive, thoughtful and helpful. We decided the timing qas not right but kept in touch. Then my husband got a job offer and we needed to move out of state quickly, about a month. Randal came when convenient for us (on a weekend) and offered a listing price that we thought made sense. The house sold quickly, for a price we were happy with and Randal remained responsive the entire time. I works use him again and plan to when wmwe return to FL.

He not only communicated regularly throughout the process of selling our home, but he was also very helpful and willing to work with our realtor in another county as we purchased our new home.
